Project Management
MARE MARINE Provides The All-Round Management, Coordination And Responsibilities You Would Normally Find In A Closed Yard Facility By Becoming, In Effect, A ‘Virtual’ Shipyard.
- Turnkey service for all trading certificates performing Class surveys on behalf of major classification societies and Flag surveys on behalf of many European flag administrations as well as compliance and approval, sea trials (All for an budgeted annual fee)
- Initial planning, work list and schedule compiling, budget preparation and allocation
- Shipyard booking and special ordering initiated (Our special rates with class approved yards)
- Contractor tendering, processing and selection, pre-arrival preparation, shore service (All class approved with competitive rates)
- On-site, hands-on project management and supervision, quality compliance and control (Based on our class approved procedures)
- Regular progress meetings and reporting to lead personnel and technical summary on completion, post-refit service, support and warranty
- Monitoring of financial position and accounts reporting (Grant Thornton is issuing our Statutory audit of annual financial statements
